We receive only a payment confirmation, transaction ID, and basic card summary information such as the last four digits and card brand. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials.

3.1 With Event Staff and Operators

As the operator of Old Fashioned Magic, our event staff and authorized personnel have access to your name, email address, phone number, ticket details, and check-in status for the purpose of managing the event, verifying attendance, and communicating with attendees. This information is used solely in connection with your attendance at our events.

3.2 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including:

Stripe — for payment processing and transaction management
Twilio — for transactional SMS delivery, including order confirmations and ticket delivery
SendGrid — for transactional email delivery, including order confirmations and ticket delivery
Supabase — for secure database hosting and data storage
Railway — for application hosting and infrastructure
Cloudflare — for content delivery, DDoS protection, and edge security

These providers are contractually required to use your information only to perform services on our behalf and to protect your information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

3.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cocktails and Card Tricks LLC, our guests, or the public.

Edge-level security, firewall protection, and DDoS mitigation through Cloudflare
Role-based access controls limiting staff access to only the data necessary to perform their functions
Regular security monitoring and review

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
